Enrolment Terms And Conditions


Thank you for choosing Amplify Your Impact (by Kat Millar) or their associated service providers (referred to as “Amplify Your Impact,” “we,” or “us”) for your Training Program(s) or Course(s) purchase.

Every program includes the following during the length of the program:


* Access to Weekly Group Coaching and Mentoring online sessions

* VIP Online Members Events: Action session 2x month + 1 or 2-day workshop every quarter

* Q&A Support in the private Inner Circle Facebook Community

* Online Training Portal: with the Client Attraction Roadmap & Vault of Business Documents

* For 1-on-1 upgrades and bonuses – you also receive specific action steps emailed to you after each 1-on-1 session email support in-between sessions as per the program.

PROGRAM PARTNERSHIP AGREEMENT

Here are the requirements for participation and terms of this program:

1. PROGRAM PARTICIPATION

1.1. I recognise the significance of personal accountability in achieving the desired outcomes of this program and will take ownership of my actions, decisions, and achievements. I am dedicated to the process of growth and continuous self-improvement and therefore will remain open to receiving feedback.

1.2. Unless otherwise arranged, you will take responsibility for booking any included 1-1 sessions via the online Scheduling booking system here:

1.3. I acknowledge that I can communicate with Kat via email and anticipate a response within 1-5 business days, unless she is on leave or has provided prior notice and limited to the timeframes of my program. The expectation of reasonable use applies. If my questions require a more in-depth response, they will be addressed during a coaching session.

1.4. I respect that what is being provided in this program is only one piece of the puzzle. If I need more than what is offered, I will reach out for support from other places as well.

1.5. I understand that I can ask for help when I need it by posting my questions in the private Inner Circle Facebook group and via email as per the agreed weekly timeframes.

1.6. Regarding the other members of the group: I agree I will not give outright advice, try to solicit business, or in any way negatively impact their experience and learning.

1.7. I understand that meaningful change takes time and persistence, and I am willing to embrace the challenges that may arise on this transformative journey. I commit to fully engaging in the coaching process to the best of my ability with dedication and openness. I will share my desired outcomes, aspirations, and challenges during sessions to make the most of the coaching sessions and increase my chances of success.

2. PORTAL ACCESS

Part of your program includes access to a private online Portal, containing a Vault of documents and IP. Receiving access to the Portal comes with responsibility.

Please use the Portal with the care and respect with which it has been created and passed on to you. By showing this commitment, you make and keep the following agreement:

2.1. I understand that I can use The Portal or any intellectual property (IP) of the program for my own personal purposes only.

2.2. I understand that the information contained within The Portal and all of the material of Kat Millar is Intellectual Property and is subject to copyright law.

3.3. I will not show any part of The Portal or IP or anything else that Kat Millar shares during my time in the program with anyone who has not purchased the Program.

3. TERMS

3.1. I assume all risk of injury, harm, damage or loss arising from participation in the program.

3.2. Session cancellations and/or rescheduling need to be made no less than 24 hours before any scheduled session via email –
info@katmillar.com. No refunds apply for cancellations made with less than 24 hours, except in emergencies and agreed upon.

3.3. Sessions not scheduled within the length of the program as agreed upon are forfeited.

3.4. I will keep my commitment to the program as discussed and any arranged ongoing payments thereafter until I choose to cancel.

3.5. Information and guidance provided is general in nature and it is my responsibility to undertake due diligence before making any decisions.

3.6. I agree to participate and contribute according to the needs of group to the best of my ability. Kat Millar & Amplify Your Impact reserves the right to remove any participant from the program if they are negatively affecting the learning environment of others.

3.7. As part of the program, my personal information that is relevant to my situation may be gathered. My information is completely confidential and my personal details will not be shared.

3.8 The turnaround time for replies, reviews, and feedback is 1-5 business days, though typically replies to email questions are sent within 3 business days, unless she is on leave or has provided prior notice. The expectation of reasonable use applies.

3.9 If you have paid a deposit to confirm your enrollment, you will secure the fast-action bonuses if they are ticked on the form, provided that you get in touch within the next 5 days to set up your payment plan for the remaining amount.

**1. Acceptance of Terms

By accepting this agreement, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions. This purchase constitutes a contract between you and us.

2. Intellectual Property Rights

You agree not to distribute or transmit any training program manuals or online training program access codes to others. Breaching this commitment will result in removal from all future courses, bonuses, support, community groups, and email correspondence without a refund.

3. Changing Program Dates

You can transfer your enrolment to a future date by providing at least 1 month’s notice. If less than 1 month’s notice is given, a late postponement fee of $350 AUD is payable within 7 days. You can attend the program within 2 years of your enrolment date.

4. Payments

4.1 Commitment to Payment

By enrolling in the Program, you agree that all payments, including those via payment plans, are non-refundable and must be paid in full, regardless of changes in circumstances after the 14-day satisfaction guarantee.


By enrolling in any program with a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments as outlined in your agreement, regardless of whether you actively participate in the program during that time.


Payment plans are designed to ensure fairness and consistency across all participants and cover the ongoing delivery of resources, tools, and coaching. As such, pausing payments is not permitted under any circumstances.


If unforeseen circumstances arise, you may request a temporary pause in access to the program. Any such pauses will not affect the payment schedule and will not result in a refund or adjustment of payments. Any approved pause in access will be added to the end of your program term to ensure you receive the full value of your enrolment.


4.2 Collection of Outstanding Payments


The Company reserves the right to recover unpaid amounts through lawful means, including third-party agencies or legal action, with all associated costs to be covered by you. Late payments will incur a fee.


You authorise the Company to automatically charge your credit or debit card for any due payments and acknowledge that non-payment may lead to termination of Program access. Payment details may be shared with service providers as necessary to process transactions.


Refund Policy


Due to the digital nature of these products, you acknowledge that we do not offer refunds for any portion of your payment for any of our services, digital products, courses, programs, classes, live events, coaching or masterminds. Please be advised that any sales finalised with the benefit of promotional discounts are deemed final. Such sales are not eligible for either full or partial refunds under any circumstances, even in cases where customers have made previous purchases without promotional discounts. This steadfast policy allows us to extend significant discounts to our valued customers while concurrently upholding the value and integrity of our offerings.


Earnings Disclaimer

In this agreement, there are no guarantees concerning the level of business or financial success you may experience in this program. There is no guarantee that you will make any income at all and you accept the risk that the earnings and income levels differ by individuals. The use of our information, products and services should be based on your own due diligence and you agree that the Company is not liable for any success or failure that is directly or indirectly related to the purchase of your coaching program. As with any business, your results may vary and will be based on your individual capacity, business experience, knowledge, expertise, and level of desire.


5. Refunds


Refunds are not offered due to the time, effort, and care invested in creating the Program. All sales are final unless required by law. If a refund is granted, all access and rights to Program content must cease immediately.


Requests for refunds based on disagreements about how the Company addresses participant behaviour or violations of terms will be denied. Violations of terms may result in access termination without notice or refund.


Chargeback threats or actions are not tolerated. If initiated, the Company reserves the right to report the incident, potentially impacting your credit score. Chargeback cases can only be resolved through full repayment.


In certain cases, Programs may be transferred to another participant with Kat Millar's approval and at least one month’s notice before the start date. Late postponement incurs a $350 AUD fee, payable within 14 days.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the program, you have 14 calendar days from the date your login details were sent to you (not the date you opened the email), to email info@katmillar.com.au. We will refund 100% of the money you have paid to us within 10 business days.After 14 calendar days, no refunds will be issued, and the program must still be paid in full, regardless of whether you have logged in to use the program or not. Refunds do not apply to any training programs received as a bonus.

6. Transferring to Another Person

You can transfer your program to another person if agreed to by Kat Millar, by providing at least 1 month’s notice prior to the program start date. Otherwise, a late postponement fee of $350 AUD is payable within 7 days.

7. Logins


You will be emailed your login details within 3 business days of the agreed payment being received. It is your responsibility to contact us if you have not received your logins.

8. Limitation of Liability

Any claims on Amplify Your Impact are limited to the cost of the products or services purchased. This includes any loss or damage suffered in relation to the performance of the products or services under this agreement.

9. Access To The Program, Inclusions & Bonuses

9.1 You have 3 months to attend the program from the date of signing this agreement (assuming the course is still being run) unless otherwise arranged.

9.2 Access to training programs requires being on a standard payment plan without missing any payments or having an approved extended payment plan with at least $500 AUD paid.

9.3 Bonus elements must be used within the timeframe of the program, or they will be forfeited.

9.4 If bonus done-for-you elements are given, you have 12 months from the date you first finish the course to submit your brief. After 12 months you will not receive the elements.

9.5 When delivering The Program, we may change or cancel course days, hours, speakers, or locations for any reason by notifying you in writing (note: this has never occurred in the history of our company but is here in case of emergencies). We shall have no liability to you; and you shall make no claim against us (including refunds), in respect of the same.

9.6 We may cancel the Training Program for any reason by written notice to you. We will then refund you the Investment you have paid us within 7 days of giving you notice of cancellation. We shall have no further liability to you in respect of cancellation.
