Here's what I'm creating in 2026...
Last year taught me something important: the quality of my planning shapes the quality of my life.
So I’m designing 2026 deliberately and thoroughly, based on my values and honest reflections from last year.
Instead of hoping good intentions survive busy weeks, I’m putting structure where it belongs - in plain sight.

Here are my 2026 goals:
Health
☑️ 20,000+ weights reps
☑️ 50,000+ jumps
☑️ 150+ hours of cardio
☑️ weekly nature walks
☑️ a new health challenge every month
Seeing those numbers on the wall changes how I choose on tired days. The boards become a quiet coach when I don’t feel like being one.
Business
☑️ launch 3+ high-profit funnels
☑️ welcome 25+ women into the Inner Circle
☑️ provide high-touch client care and strong retention
☑️ record 50+ high-value videos
I want the business to feel spacious around events and launches, with seasons that breathe instead of collide.
Play and lifestyle
☑️ 7 holidays in 2026, including 2 overseas trips
☑️ intentional social time booked in advance
☑️ real gaps for rest and learning
Rhythm and habits
☑️ daily scheduling and journalling
☑️ monthly planning sessions with my sister
☑️ time-blocked workdays
☑️ weekly course, audiobook, and personal development
☑️ rest days and holidays protected on the calendar
All of this is about living purposefully - with planning as the guide.
I used to think of it as slightly dull admin. Now I see it as respect for the future version of me.
Last year, I didn’t plan as much as I wanted to, and it’s the one domino I know will help make everything else happen.
My environment will carry part of the load, so I don’t have to rely on willpower or wishful thinking.
Planning often gets a bad rap. It can feel boring, rigid, or something people do when they’re avoiding the real work.
If you’re planning your year right now, you might understand this feeling.
The process isn’t always easy, but it can be simple and enjoyable.
When everything feels important, effort gets scattered. Which leads to inconsistent results.
Profitable planning isn’t about filling pages for the sake of it. It’s about deciding in advance where your time and energy actually belong.
It shows you what matters now – and what can wait – so your future self isn’t negotiating with every shiny thing.
That’s how you reduce decision fatigue.
I’ve created a set of printable planning worksheets, built on success psychology, to help you decide what matters most – and follow through with ease.

Enjoy!
And here's to a year of aligned action and meaningful success. ✨
